Job Summary

Our client is looking for a chef with knowledge of Chinese cuisines.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and implements an excellent dining experience.
  • Ensures smooth operation in the Kitchen area and proper products control for higher profitability yields.
  • Ensures the highest level of food safety
  • Preparation of Chinese cuisines
  • Handles guest feedback with regards to quality / variety of food served.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate in food production
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisines.
  • Must be able to provide the best quality and Chinese cuisine.
  • Knowledgeable in Food Safety
  • Has the passion towards quality and creativity for new modern presentations of Chinese Cuisine.
