Our new restaurant is seeking a well experienced Chef to run its kitchen and deliver creative & memorable culinary experiences for its clientele.


Qualifications


Degree or Diploma in Food Production

3 years minimum kitchen management experience

Training in HACCP

Disciplined, consistent & professional

Passion & ability to come up with exciting dishes

Very detail oriented with an eye for quality

Team player + leader + motivator

Able to manage kitchen costs

Able to oversee supplies & inventory

Able to nurture & train others.

Pastry and experience in multi cuisines an added plus

Responsibilities


Develop new recipes

Plan menus

Manage customer relations

Train the kitchen staff

Inventory management

Quality control

Monitor and maintain food safety standards

Coordinate with the purchasing department

Maintain good guest relations
