Customer Service - Nairobi  

This role is an essential contact team for the company’s customers. 

The person will be responsible for maintaining a great relationship with the customers over the phone. 
Duties and Responsibilities 
1. Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer requests across all products and all channels. 
2. Provide immediate and accurate response to all customer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and  
live chat. 
3. Delivering first time resolution to all customer requests. 
4. Creating and constantly developing unique positive personal relationships with a High Value  
Customers. 
5. Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all High Value Customers 
6. Re-activate dormant clients 
7. Able to cross sell to the current database 
8. Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the customer. 
9. Informing customers of their order position and managing the process 
10. Excellent Telesales skills. 

Minimum Requirements:
. Sales related/ Business administration Degree or Diploma 
. At least 3 years progressive experience in customer service. 
. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage 

Strong preference will be given to candidates with the above qualifications, skills and experience.
