Location: Nairobi,

Gross salary-15k+commissions,

No. of positions: 30,

Our client is a fish fillet distribution company based in Nairobi. They seek to hire aggressive and results-oriented Sales Executives who will be responsible for distributing fish fillets to Nairobi, Embu, Nyeri, Murang’a Meru, Machakos, Ruiru, Kitengela, Kajiado, and Athi River areas. S/he must have rider experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients.
  • To actively seek and implement new ways to increase sales revenue and continuously hit set sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions
  •  Research and identify the needs of clients and customize packages best suited for them
  • Development of strong customer relationships
  • Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, product presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field. Candidates who have experience selling fish products are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must have experience as a Rider.
  • Excellent networking and prospecting skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Should be a highly motivated and aggressive salesperson.
  • Should be presentable & well kept at all times
