Position: Sales representative

Location: Coast Region

Job Description

We are a local manufacturing company seeking to recruit an experienced and competent senior sales representative for coast region.

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for maximizing the regions potential to help the organization achieve growth and sales targets by developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers through the client interactions and sales force feedback.
  • To analyze sales figures, develop effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Compile regular sales reports for review by the management for decision making.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum diploma in any business course preferably sales and marketing.
  • Must have a valid driving license min class BCE.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on a similar role.
  • Resident of coast region with a good knowledge of coast and neighboring counties will be an added advantage.
  • Proven knowledge of developing effective sales strategies.
  • Impressive track record of closing deals and retaining customers for repeat business.
  • Must be a male of age above 25 years.
