SHOP SALES ATTENDANTS (5 POSITIONS) – NAIROBI REGION (Salary Kshs. 15,000)

We are a local manufacturing company seeking to recruit experienced and competent shop attendants for our wholesale outlet in Nairobi city Centre.

Part duties

  • The candidate will be responsible for maximizing the shops potential to help the organization achieve growth and shop sales targets by developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed shop sales objectives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers through the client interactions and sales feedback.
  • To analyze sales figures, develop effective sales techniques and strategies in the shop.
  • Compile regular shop sales reports for review by the management.

The candidate

  • Must have minimum diploma in any discipline (marketing or business course will be an added advantage)
  • Computer proficiency is a must (very good at excel spreadsheet)
  • Impressive track record of closing deals and retaining customers for repeat business.
  • Must be a female of age above 21 years. (These jobs are only for ladies please)
  • Able to work for long hours under pressure (7am- 6pm Mondays to Saturdays)
